Content on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not a security assessment of your premises and is not a substitute for a site survey, audit or professional advice for your specific situation. We keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. The scope, fees, dates and deliverables of any survey, audit, training or other service are agreed in writing, by quotation, purchase order or email, before work starts, and those written terms take priority over this page.
Training and certificates
Certificates are issued to participants who attend and complete a program. Participants must follow safety instructions during practical sessions such as live fire extinguisher practice, CPR and mock drills. The client arranging the training is responsible for a safe venue and for informing us of any participant health or access needs in advance.
Reports and recommendations
Survey and audit reports reflect conditions observed on the dates of our visit and the information shared with us. Recommendations are advisory. Decisions on implementation, budget and compliance remain with the client.
Intellectual property
Text, photographs, training material and the Security Consultant name and logo belong to us or are used with permission. Client names and logos are shown to describe work we have done and remain the property of their owners. Please do not copy or reuse material from this site without written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its general content. Liability for paid services is limited as set out in the agreed quotation or contract.
Links and privacy
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and other sites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms. How we handle your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
